Lo que pasó
They explained everything: systems, passwords, names, processes. I nodded confidently. Next Monday I remembered half of it and had to ask everything again. Double embarrassment.
Lección aprendida
Week one: write down EVERYTHING, even the obvious. Nobody laughs at the note-taker; they laugh at whoever asks the same thing three times.
