My first real job. They said 32k and I said yes in the same breath, terrified they'd take it back. Six months later I found out the guy they hired after me, same role, negotiated 38k.
Lección aprendida
The first offer is almost never the final one. Asking for more won't make them withdraw it — the worst they say is no.
